FP&A Manager

Position Summary:
The position is responsible for managing and overseeing the corporate treasury function including cash flow and liquidity forecasting, variance reporting and analysis, and general treasury management.  Additionally this role will provide ad hoc analysis, business dashboard/metric reporting and business critical financial leadership support as needed.

Essential Position Responsibilities:
•    Direct the preparation of the consolidated cash flow forecasts and sensitivity analysis on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
·    Oversee the preparation and distribution of the weekly cash flow management reporting package
·    Validate changes in liquidity and cash flow projections to business drivers and balance sheet forecasts
•    Partner with business unit finance leadership to understand trends in business drivers and cash flow impacts, develop robust
     financial forecasting models, and recommend and implement best practice methodologies across the group of businesses
•    Investigate, analyze and present recommendations regarding various projects and processes
•    Perform ad hoc analysis and other duties as needed to understand business performance   
•    Oversight of one direct report

Essential Requirements:
•    7-10 years experience in corporate finance with increasing levels of responsibility
•    Bachelors in Finance, Business, Economics or related field required.  MBA/CPA preferred
•    Corporate treasury and/or cash flow forecasting experience strongly preferred
•    Experience with dashboard or business metric reporting, and/or competitive/market analytics
•    Financial modeling skills, as well as strong analytical skills applied to business and financial data
•    Ability to understand, analyze and translate changes in business activity to balance sheet projections
•    Experience managing a team of one or more direct reports
•    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships at
     all levels of the organization
•    Proven team player, who is highly organized, intellectually curious and achievement oriented
•    Experience using PowerPoint and a strong background in Excel
