FP&A Manager

Position Summary:
The position will be responsible for managing the corporate financial planning and analysis area with oversight of the budgeting and forecasting process, board of director and other recurring presentations, treasury analysis, financial modeling and M&A support.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
• Direct preparation of corporate budgets and monthly financial forecasts
• Develop and manage the corporate financial model to incorporate short term and long term financial projections, scenario
modeling, and sensitivity analysis
• Drive the development of the quarterly board of director presentations and other financial presentations
• Manage and support the financial & analytical components for merger and acquisition due diligence and build and
maintain acquisition-related financial models (i.e. synergy and cost savings models)
• Oversee corporate treasury activities and provide managerial support for treasury analysis and reporting
• Prepare various analytical reports including cash flow fluctuation analysis and balance sheet fluctuation analysis
• Develop templates and gather data to provide analysis and support for tracking of key benchmarks across the group of businesses
• Partner with business unit finance teams on operating assumptions and financial projections and prepare supporting
schedules validating these assumptions
• Provide analytical support to all areas of the business
• Investigate, analyze and present recommendations on various special projects and processes
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to understand business performance
• Oversight of two or more direct reports
Essential Requirements:
• 7-10 years experience in corporate finance or strategic planning with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within
a fast-growing entity with multiple brands, operating units or locations in excess of $1 billion in revenue
• Bachelors in Finance, Business, Economics or related field required. MBA/CPA preferred
• Experience with balance sheet and cash flow modeling, budgeting/forecasting, 5 year projections, liquidity forecasting and
bank covenant modeling
• Experience leading a team of two or more direct reports
• Exposure to merger and acquisition analysis and due diligence processes
• Experience leading the development of board of directors, bank and/or senior management presentations under tight deadlines
• Experience with BPC, OutlookSoft or similar systems within an FP&A organization
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships at
all levels of the organization
• Proven team player, who is highly organized and achievement oriented
• Experience using PowerPoint and a strong background in Excel.
