Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Call Centers

Position Summary:
The position will work with the operational call center facilities on all financial forecasts and budgets. The position will be responsible for developing a budget/forecast process and necessary reporting. The role will also provide ad hoc analysis and develop metric reporting for the call centers.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
· Directs preparation of budgets, monthly financial forecasts, and business plans for the call centers
· Responsible for monthly financial reporting, key metrics, and variance analysis
· Work with call centers to develop standard set of service performance metrics and analyzes trends
· Provide analytical support on a variety of activities including outsourcing relationships, and staffing levels and other
new initiatives
· Investigate, analyze and present recommendations regarding various projects and processes
· Assist call center teams in developing best set of practices and procedures
· Conduct ROI analysis on all capital investment opportunities
· Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to understand business performance
Essential Requirements:
A qualified candidate will have five (5) or more years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a corporate environment and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related area. Call center or other operational experience preferred. This person will have financial modeling skills, as well as strong analytical skills applied to business and financial data. A qualified candidate will be a proven team player who is highly organized and achievement oriented with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. This person should have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels of the organization. Proven team player, who is highly organized and achievement oriented. This person must have experience using PowerPoint and a strong background in Excel. CPA or MBA a plus.
