Position Summary:
Responsible to contribute to the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the finance team by performing a variety of tasks to support the flow of consolidated financial information, the production of consolidated financial reports and various analysis across all companies, following established policies and procedures.
Essential Position Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review and manage the weekly cash flow forecasting model and partner with brand finance teams to provide
accurate and timely cash projections for the group of businesses
• Coordinate daily treasury activities including correspondence with banks, brand treasury teams, and corporate accounting
teams
• Track all cash related activities for the organization and manage the consolidated spreadsheets of cash and treasury-related
activities including providing month-end journal entries to corporate finance
• Develop, manage, and improve weekly cash reporting for executive leadership
• Prepare various analytical reports including cash flow fluctuation analysis and balance sheet fluctuation analysis
• Develop templates and gather data to provide analysis and support for tracking of key benchmarks across the group of
businesses
• Partner with business unit finance teams on operating assumptions and financial projections and prepare supporting
schedules validating these assumptions
• Provide analytical support to all areas of the business
• Distribute daily and weekly reports including daily sales, daily cash, and other ad-hoc reports
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to understand business performance
Essential Requirements:
• 4-6 years experience in corporate finance, treasury or banking
• Bachelors in Finance, Business, Economics or related field required
• Experience with balance sheet and cash flow modeling and weekly cash forecasting preferred
• Experience working with brand or divisional finance teams in a corporate environment
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective business
relationships at all levels of the organization
• Proven team player, who is highly organized and achievement oriented
• Strong analytical skills and an ability to adapt and respond quickly in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience using PowerPoint and a strong background in Excel
